Responsibilities- Develop a strategic business development plan to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify, prospect and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles.
- Excellent knowledge of the German market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors with understanding of their needs and challenges.
Remote work option available with travel up to 40% for client meetings and industry events.
