Grow our pipeline by leveraging strategic partnerships with companies from the NetSuite ecosystem and other construction-tech partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Source or influence 6-8 new leads per month through partner relationships.
- Cultivate 12-18 active, producing partners, including at least six NetSuite Account Executives who regularly bring in business.
- Enhance website lead conversion rate to at least 2.0% and MQL to SQL conversion rate to at least 30%.
- Create at least six customer success stories and secure four or more public reviews.
- Establish a quarterly webinar schedule and co-host 2-3 industry events.
- Document repeatable processes and best practices.
- Establish an Ideal Customer Profile and tiering framework.
- Develop a content calendar and optimize website for maximum impact.
- Manage events and develop targeted customer marketing initiatives.
- Document key business processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development roles.
- Proficiency in the NetSuite ecosystem and experience in both partner management and marketing.
- Comfort with CRM and marketing automation software.
- US working hours; remote work arrangement available.
This is a director-level position with a focus on strategic growth through marketing and partnership development.
