Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Specialist

As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will serve as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your primary objective is to create and implement marketing strategies that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a new business pipeline by working with qualified leads, social networks, and industry events.
  • Design and execute strategic campaigns to define new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and work towards expanding product/service offerings.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Requirements:
  • Experience in software sales, preferably with experience selling SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Knowledge about Audiometry as well as clinical management process.
  • Experience in MedTech industry.
