The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager who can establish, foster, and optimize high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, and product — identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and nurturing relationships that expand the company's ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities with agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, managing outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that drive measurable growth through customer acquisition, revenue, or retention.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Work with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure smooth technical implementation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and expand networks.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partnerships that generate tangible business impact.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
