Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers, identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills, and maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.

This role involves collaborating with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of BPO work experience
    • Experience in Healthcare account is an advantage
    • Excellent verbal & written English skills
    • Email support experience
    • Able to work onsite in Makati
    • Willing to work night shifts
