Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

This role plays a critical part in scaling the retail operation by leading a team responsible for day-to-day execution and management of the order to cash cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery, as well as invoicing and payment collection.
  • Provide support for pre-order activities, including systemic setup, writing customer-specific SOPs, and ensuring customer orders are ready to process.
  • Develop sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability as new commercial customers are onboarded and the Customer Operations team is built out.
  • Write and manage the collection of order operations SOPs that are specific to different sales channels and customers.
  • Maintain strong data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, order fulfillment, order management, and order invoicing.
  • Lead month's end reconciliation from the Order Operations perspective and provide fully vetted reporting to Accounting showing all orders for the previous month are accurately entered in all of our systems and tie out.
  • Create workflows using connectors like Zapier, Make, N8N, Parabola, etc. to significantly cut down on the amount of repetitive, manual work handled on a day-to-day basis.
