Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Align with the sales team on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events, and activations.
  • Create marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives.
  • Analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
