About the Role

This is a dynamic and results-driven position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. As an Allocator & Store Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely product allocations to retail stores, identifying sales opportunities through data analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimise stock turns.

Responsibilities:
  • Stock Allocation: Allocate inventory to stores based on agreed schedules, adjusting allocations in response to sales trends, events, and environmental factors.
  • Monitor sales performance at store level and highlight replenishment opportunities.
  • Support planners with data-driven insights to maximise sell-through.
Competencies and Qualifications:

Must-Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in allocations, replenishment, or retail analytics.
  • Prior experience in multi-store or multi-channel retail operations.
  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, MROUND, CEILING, CONCATENATE).
  • Retail Math: Strong command of key metrics such as sell-through, weeks of supply, and margin analysis.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
