About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at Philippine Estates Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials, respond to customer complaints, and provide after-sales support. You will also handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, and present reports to management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of sales or administrative experience. You should possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
