Sales and Marketing:
The Sales and Marketing team at VALUCARE is responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, lead generation, and customer engagement. Our sales professionals work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Job Description:
- Maintain a healthy list of leads to support revenue targets by undertaking prospecting activities and maximizing referral opportunities;
- Lead discussions with prospect clients through superior product knowledge and solutions through sales interviews, proposal preparations, presentations;
- Provide periodic information on market trends and customer needs for product development, customer satisfaction metrics, and internal process enhancement, as needed.
- Engage in telemarketing to prospect and increase leads generation efforts.
- Achieve annual New Business/Retained sales target set by the management.
- Achieve monthly New Business/Retained sales target set by the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
- With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fast learner in dealing with a fast-paced industry is a must.
