Job Overview

This senior marketing role is ideal for a strategic leader with extensive e-commerce experience, particularly in scaling brands from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.

You will lead our marketing strategy and execution as we prepare to enter international markets, leveraging your expertise in brand development, paid advertising, email marketing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making.

You will oversee the development and enhancement of the brand to resonate with international markets while maintaining consistency and authenticity.

This includes managing and scaling paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), analyzing user behavior and implementing strategies to optimize the website for higher conversion rates and improved customer experience, and overseeing email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive customer retention and conversion.

The successful candidate will also manage a small team, including a social media coordinator, and eventually help build out a scalable marketing team to support our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand into international markets.
  • Create and launch marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and product launches.
  • Oversee brand development and enhancement to resonate with international markets.
  • Manage and scale paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Analyze user behavior and implement strategies to optimize the website for higher conversion rates and improved customer experience.
  • Oversee email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive customer retention and conversion.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Manage the current social media specialist and collaborate on creative content. Plan for team growth by identifying skill gaps and recruiting top talent.
