The Role of Digital Marketing Manager requires planning and executing global marketing campaigns across various channels.

About the Job

This position involves launching and optimizing campaigns while ensuring coordination across multiple teams. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization.

As a successful candidate, you will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to make a tangible impact on marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with content creators to produce high-quality content
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance
  • Coordinate with designers and external vendors to deliver assets
  • Regularly update marketing assets through HubSpot CMS
  • Research competitor activity and market trends to support campaign development
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
  • Advanced software tool expertise including AI-enabled automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is essential
