Role Description

The Email Marketing Strategist role involves developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-volume email campaigns from scratch and a proven track record of success across various email marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging messaging, collaborating with the product team to enhance email capture rates, and analyzing campaign performance based on key performance metrics. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with various teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns.

  • Develop and execute high-volume email marketing campaigns
  • Drive A/B tests across various channels to determine effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Create engaging messaging that communicates the value proposition of consumer products while being sensitive to the audience's emotions
  • Provide strategic recommendations for email platform consolidation and future platform selections
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a similar discipline
  • Strong experience building and launching high-volume email campaigns from scratch
  • Proven experience across a variety of email marketing and automation platforms
  • Demonstrated ability making strategic recommendations for email platform optimization
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a timely manner
  • Basic HTML and Salesforce experience required
