Global Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Global Transformation Leader to spearhead our multi-year S/4HANA implementation project. This pivotal role will oversee the successful delivery of the global transformation, ensuring it meets strategic objectives while maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programs, with strong governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management skills at C-suite level. Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for the S/4HANA program
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, finance, supply chain, and quality
  • Ensure alignment between business and technology teams, overseeing systems integration partners and managing change control
  • Drive adoption of standardized processes, respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations

About You:

  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage
