Marketing Campaign Strategist

This role involves leading marketing campaigns to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned B2B marketer with expertise in developing compelling copy, managing creative teams, and driving campaign results.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing channels.
  • Create engaging copy that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
  • Manage and oversee the work of designers and video editors to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  2. Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for email templates, nurture sequences, VSL scripts, landing page copy, and ad campaigns.
  3. Creative Management: Manage and oversee the work of designers and video editors to ensure high-quality outputs.
  4. Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in consulting, HR tech, or professional services.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HubSpot expertise, including setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience managing and overseeing the work of designers and video editors.
