As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee experiences, providing support for various people operations activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the People Operations team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Provide expert-level support to employees on various HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in a global organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in Australia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
