We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving, multi-tasking, and project management abilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business by undertaking various administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining causes, and explaining solutions.
- Attend meetings, record notes, and document key takeaways and action items.
- Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a similar field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management and time management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy are required.
