
Senior Business Operations Coordinator

As a dedicated and highly skilled professional, you will provide top-level administrative, financial, and project management support to optimize business operations.
- Develop and implement effective systems for maintaining databases, records, and confidential files.
- Establish seamless communication channels with executives and stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all activities.
- Assist with complex financial modeling, data analysis, and budget tracking using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Write comprehensive executive reports and assist with operational KPIs monitoring.
Our ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in a virtual executive assistant role, including 1+ year interacting with corporate finance, strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience working with startups, consulting, or financial/operational roles, background in business operations, strategy, or finance, and prior exposure to Chief of Staff-type responsibilities or interest in growing into that role are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative & Executive Support:
- Draft, proofread, and edit business documents, reports, and memos.
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive when needed.
- Ensure the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all activities.
- Strategic & Project Management Support:
- Take ownership of special projects that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Assist in researching and implementing new tools and processes.
