Administrative Support Opportunity

This part-time role involves providing vital support to our hotel development and management operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email correspondence, handling administrative tasks, setting up folders in Dropbox, organizing schedules and appointments, drafting responses to inquiries, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
    • Ability to think proactively and anticipate needs
    • Dropbox experience
    • Excel - basic to intermediate
    • A high level of attention to detail
    • Fluent in English
    • Experience in the real estate or hotel industry is an asset

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and prioritize email correspondence
  2. Handle various administrative tasks to free up the owner's time
  3. Set up folders in Dropbox for various projects, directories
  4. Organize, set up and manage schedules and appointments
  5. Draft and send responses to various inquiries
  6. Assist with other administrative duties as needed
