Job Role

A virtual support specialist is responsible for providing assistance to private label Amazon sellers with various tasks, including product management, logistics, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Sourcing: Conduct daily research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
  • Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
  • Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
  • Research competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
  • Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers.
  • Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.
  • Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or College Undergraduate/Graduate.
  • Preferably with experience in logistics and supplier management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
