
Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Support Specialist to join our remote team.
- This role is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including accurately and efficiently capturing and inputting various forms of information into the company database, keeping all filing systems up-to-date, providing support in a team-based environment, communicating effectively with stakeholders, responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodations, managing a contact list, preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records, creating presentations as assigned, meeting team productivity and accuracy standards, ensuring confidentiality while handling sensitive information, and following policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadership.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, an excellent command of the English language, a strong work ethic, prior administrative experience, and the ability to type swiftly and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
