Technical Specialist Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist Virtual Assistant.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical inquiries, managing member accounts, creating automations, and designing landing pages with a primary focus on Go High Level. Key responsibilities include setting up, launching, and monitoring cold email campaigns in Instantly.ai, building and maintaining automation workflows using n8n.io and other tools, generating targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), troubleshooting deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs, syncing leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's CRM, and keeping systems organized and documented in Notion or SOPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation role
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel
  • Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization
  • Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation
