Job Overview

We are seeking a Ambitious Account Development Specialist to join our team. As an entry-level account prospecting representative, you will have the opportunity to launch your career in sales and take on new challenges every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to high-value prospects.
  • Promote the value of our call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills.
