About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our support function, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to customers, partners, and colleagues across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, identify areas for process improvement, and develop innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via email, chat, and phone to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to stay current with new technologies and product developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA).
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and software applications.
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks and database management systems.
