Campus Partnership Development Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to establish and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and vocational schools.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging with career advisors, student placement centers, and relevant departments at educational institutions to promote our driver platform as a flexible income option for students.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain a pipeline of educational partnerships and contacts, schedule and conduct presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application process for student referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage with colleges, universities, and vocational schools.
  • Presentation of our driver platform as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups with educational institution representatives.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of educational partnerships and contacts.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth application process for student referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with professionals and students.
  • Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach targets independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
