Retail Operations Manager in Food and Beverage Industry

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple branches in our food and beverage network.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing daily branch activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, service standards, and legal requirements.

The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader, able to coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams to achieve operational and sales goals. This includes holding regular performance check-ins and creating tailored development plans for leadership staff.

Performance & Revenue Management:

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision maker, analyzing sales data, labor costs, and other performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. They will design and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate will oversee new branch openings, upgrades, and rebranding efforts, while ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and labor laws across all sites.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Progressive Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience managing multi-location F&B or restaurant operations.
  • Strong Leadership Background: Strong leadership background with a record of successfully managing large teams.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Skilled in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace; POS and inventory system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to branch sites.
