Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and plating food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and food service areas.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Take meal orders and communicate special dietary needs.
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure sanitary conditions.
  • Restock food supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience (an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
