Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the management of depot managers and ensure compliance with company activities and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing multiple store locations, leading teams, and developing staff.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing deliveries from suppliers and despatching goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Preparing monthly reports detailing performance against company targets.
  • Participating in budget management and implementation processes.
  • Visiting stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • MBA or additional certifications in operations or leadership is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role in the food & beverage or retail industry.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple store locations or branches.

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift.
  • Monday-saturday.
