Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails and chat requests, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
