Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails and chat requests, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.
