Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Managing alarms for refrigeration and HVAC systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Responsibilities

The Customer Service and Alarm Management Expert will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Documenting and updating customer information in our database.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
