Job Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their inquiries or requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that customers' requests are managed appropriately and delivered with a high level of service quality.
- Develop, organize, and maintain accurate files to support customer interactions.
- At least HS or SHS graduate with a strong background in customer service or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems relevant to the role.
