
Business Development Executive

As a seasoned Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective account strategies to drive business growth.
You will coordinate and lead meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks, while supervising and mentoring account executives to enhance team performance and achieve company goals.
A critical aspect of this role is monitoring account performance and troubleshooting issues to foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, providing regular feedback to improve team performance, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Job Qualification Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential.
- At least three years of experience in account management with its own client list is required.
- Proven leadership and team management skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is vital for delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities are necessary for managing multiple accounts and priorities.
