Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries, particularly those in need of data management solutions.

Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads and acquire new clients, with a focus on data efficiency, availability, and protection services.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the IT and data management sectors.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.

Create and implement successful marketing and sales campaigns tailored to the IT industry, specifically targeting data management service solutions.
Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their data management needs and preferences.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, technology advancements, and best practices in data management.
Proposal Development and Presentation:

Prepare and present compelling proposals, showcasing our data management services and value proposition.

Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of expectations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track sales activity and progress towards targets, providing regular updates to management.

Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Provide specific metrics to quantify success, such as percentage increase in sales, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Brand Representation:

Promote our brand and services through various channels, including social media, professional associations, and online platforms.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver comprehensive data management solutions.

Participate in strategic planning sessions to formulate detailed insights and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the IT or data management industry.

Strong understanding of data management processes, including data efficiency, availability, and protection.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledgeable in marketing strategies and able to adapt to the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.

Must be adaptable, results-driven, and able to provide specific metrics to quantify success.
