This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication with stakeholders. The Human Resources Business Partner will communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to address and resolve employee and client queries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consultative HR support, influencing and guiding stakeholders to align with best practices and business goals.
- Manage and execute complex HR processes, identifying issues and implementing scalable, practical solutions.
- Review, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), with an ability to listen to and respond to customer and employee queries effectively.
- Strong consulting abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and provide expert guidance in a professional and results-oriented manner.
- Proven experience in managing complex HR processes, with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and implement scalable solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, with the ability to ensure adherence and lead updates as needed.
