Collaborate with HR Head and senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies supporting business growth.
Offer thought leadership on organizational strategy and people-related execution.
Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
2. Performance Management and Employee Development
Educate and coach managers on performance management, employee development goals, and career transitions.
Provide guidance on feedback, performance calibration, and employee coaching.
3. Employee Relations and Organizational Development
Provide expertise in employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
Facilitate HR programs such as recruiting, retention, and Learning & Development.
4. HR Policy and Education
Provide timely information and education on HR issues across all company levels.
Educate team members on compensation practices and performance feedback processes.
5. Culture and Engagement
Collaborate with the HR team to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and inspiration.
Champion initiatives that accelerate employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles or related fields.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Willing to work in Makati City.
