Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This individual will work closely with our leadership and management teams to develop strategic HR programs that align with the company's overall objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Align employees with organizational vision, mission, and values.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic partner to provide coaching and guidance on various HR-related matters, including hiring, engagement, labor, attrition, and organizational policies.
  • Support employee communication initiatives, including policy cascades, reminders, and other HR activities.
  • Collaborate with Employee Engagement to enhance employee morale and productivity through various HR initiatives.
  • Engage Unit Heads and support employee development initiatives.
  • Analyze data, trends, and reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for continuous growth.
  • Generate reports as requested, including attendance, overtime, and attrition rates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Experience as an HR Generalist is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Amenable to render overtime if necessary.
