Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Finance Specialist to join our team at Business Trends Philippines. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with the financial management team to review and analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective record-keeping systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.
  • Provide exceptional support to the financial management team, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development of financial reports, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our financial operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a financial administration or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
