Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR and Finance Administrative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office experience in HR, payroll, or finance roles and be proficient in accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage employee government benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and updates.
  • Oversee employee records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with government regulations.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Address employee concerns related to benefits and document submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Payroll Management: Process employee payroll, including salary adjustments, deductions, and final pay.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll preparation while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage payroll-related reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Reconcile payroll data with government contributions and reports.
  • Coordinate with employees on payroll concerns and clarifications.

Finance Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records through data entry, filing, and organized documentation.
  • Perform finance audits and reconcile data before uploading into accounting software.
  • Manage accounts receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate pickups and deposits.
  • Generate monthly sales and expense reports for management.
  • Handle the preparation and submission of government-required financial documents.

Administrative Support

  • File, handle, and process all government-related documents and accreditations.
  • Provide support for purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as accreditation and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in cross-departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
