About this Opportunity
  • This role is a full-time, non-exempt position in the Finance Department, reporting to the Accounting Officers and Accounting Managers.

We seek a highly skilled and organized individual to provide support to the Finance department. Your responsibilities will include preparing bank deposits, generating statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also handle communications with other departments and vendors, process transactions, and update monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Finance department by completing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and responding to phone calls and emails.
  • Preparing financial reports and payroll computations.
  • Assisting with audits, fact-checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • An Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • A professional manner and strong ethical code.
