Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process requests for payment, accounts payable, preparation of checks, and printing of vouchers.
  2. Facilitate an orderly receiving and dispatching of all documents, reports, and correspondences to and from the Finance Department.
  3. Communicate and update requesting units on the status of their RFPs.
  4. Supervise records management and attend to auditors' requirements during audit periods.
