Job Description

Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform that connects customers and drivers directly through its technology. It offers customers a convenient way to book delivery and moving services from anywhere in the world.

This role requires you to be comfortable answering customer and driver queries with an open and patient mind. You will need to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customer orders and reassigning transactions for fulfillment rate purposes.
  • Handling and resolving complaints for drivers and users in a thoughtful and professional manner.
  • Submitting tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged or missing items, undelivered orders etc.
  • Performing other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others by providing excellent customer service. A committed customer service representative who is amenable to working on assigned shifts is also required.

For this role, you should have experience in handling voice and chat channels. For chat experience, agents should have handled multiple concurrencies assisting customers.

Additionally, you must be willing to work onsite at the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
