Customer Service Representative Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • To be successful in this position, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  4. Document all customer interactions in a CRM system.
  5. Follow established communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
  6. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
