Customer Support Representative

Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.

You will use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide fast, accurate support while maintaining a consistent customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
