About The Role

You will join a fast-paced team as a senior full-stack engineer. Your main task will be to support sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features.

This involves shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React, integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI, and working independently while syncing with the team lead and the broader product team.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure project success
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of full-stack experience
  • Strong knowledge of Python (Flask) and React
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows using Crew AI or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Skills

If you have experience with the following, it would be a plus:

  • Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
  • High-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments

Project Details

  • Engagement Type: Contract / Staff Augmentation (individual contributor)
  • Project Focus: Sprint support & feature delivery
  • Commitment: 30–40 hours/week preferred (flexible for strong contributors)
  • Initial Duration: 3 months (extension possible)
  • Location: Global (preference for PH/EMEA time overlap)
  • Start Date: ASAP
