Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and developing portfolios of sellers, converting account opportunities into successful sales, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage listings through to sale, promote potential clients, arrange meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition, cultivate relationships with buyers and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to win listings and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Manage CRM hygiene using industry-leading tools.
  • Support internal collaboration and work cross-functionally to develop winning strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance from initial onboarding through to deal closure.
  • Travel for this role will be required to meet with buyers and sellers face-to-face.
