Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Mergers and Acquisitions Research Lead will drive strategic M&A origination work by identifying acquisition targets for private equity clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • General understanding of the M&A landscape, showcasing industry acumen.
  • Experience with Airtable CRM and data scraping tools is preferred, highlighting technical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and strong organization skills are also preferred, exemplifying exceptional organizational capabilities.
