Asset Acquisition Specialist
">The Asset Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in the acquisition and finance teams, supporting tasks such as financial analysis and modeling, market research, due diligence, investment presentations, and pipeline management.
">This position requires effective communication with executive teams, property sellers, brokers, and service providers. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, comfortable working in a team environment with minimal oversight.
">Responsibilities:
">- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments.
- Review offering memoranda and seller-provided materials, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
- Prepare high-quality presentation decks for stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordination with third parties.
- Perform market-level due diligence, including sale and lease comparables and investment trends.
- Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline to ensure efficient deal flow.
- Provide administrative support to the acquisition and finance teams.
Requirements:
">- Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting is highly desirable.
- MBA degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions.
- Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities.
- Experience with quantitative evaluation and analysis (ROI, cash flow, NOI).
- Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to produce error-free work under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
