Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs. This includes analyzing market trends, designing and managing benefits packages, and providing guidance on competitive offers.

This position requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal/external market analysis to develop pay ranges and update strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
  • Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team to manage process for global merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Develop and deliver training/communications on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
Requirements
  • 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
