Financial Operations Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our finance team's day-to-day activities. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong foundation in financial regulations, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. financial standards.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing of transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports, assist with tax filings, and provide audit support.
  • Partner with the Finance Director to streamline financial workflows and optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Proven experience using accounting software in a professional setting (must-have).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
