Job Overview

The Customer Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and improving store relationships. This dynamic professional will be responsible for coaching and mentoring agency supervisors and coordinators to build strong relationships with key store personnel, while also evaluating training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to agency supervisors and coordinators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to strengthen relationships with key store personnel and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate training and development programs and submit comprehensive reports on program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with agency supervisors, coordinators, and store personnel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic marketing knowledge and skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel to assigned territories, including Laguna, to conduct store visits and evaluations.
